AI-moderated interviews
The AI leads the conversation by voice and text, adapting its tone and answering the respondent's questions.

Frequent questions about billing
Pay per use or Professional — which one?
Pay per use fits occasional studies with no fixed cost. Professional removes the publishing fee and drops the unit cost per interview.
How does the 5-minute interview limit work?
Most voice interviews take 2 to 4 minutes. If the conversation runs longer because of AI probing, we only charge for the extra minutes.
Does the participant need to install any software?
No. The survey runs straight in the browser (mobile or desktop) from a link or QR code, with audio recording and real-time transcription.
Can I test without registering a card?
Yes! The free trial grants 3 full interviews with voice, transcription and dashboard unlocked for 7 days, and never asks for a card.
How many languages can the AI interview in?
Voice moderation is available in Portuguese and English, and the same script can be published in both. ⚠️ Confirm the list before publishing.
How is data handled?
Consent is requested at the start of every interview, audio and transcripts are stored encrypted, and deletion can be requested at any time. ⚠️ Review with your legal team before publishing.
